I am 22
5'2"
I go from 135-145lbs
I am large busted and would like to lift my pectorials too.
I have clinicals in a hospital Mon-thur.
I go to my college gym, but it is only open in the summer Mon-Fri.
It is closed when I get off work so I only have 1 day per week for the gym.
I have a limited budget. I do own 1 resistance band, 1 ten pound weight and a couple of denise austin videos.
I relized today that I have a "back role" too.
PLEASE HELP...I want to be healthy and fit not necessarilly svlete.

I'm pretty sure I need a filling but I've never had one before (I'm 25) and I'm quite scared to be honest!

What's it like actually having a filling done, and how long does it take?

Afterwards, what's it like? How long does it take for the numbness to wear off and is it sore when it does? Does your tooth feel different afterwards?

a ear tube was put in my ear because doctors said eustachian tube was closed, i felt fine untill first tube fell out and stuck to my ear drum, after removed from ear drum a new tube was put in, and have had problems since. have hat cat scans, hearing tests, tried nasal sprays and decongestiants, but no answers. i had vertigo about two months ago, and since have had a ringing in my ears sometimes. i get this pressure in my ear with the ear tube, feels like fluid, then feels like pressure is releasing and feel better. i also feel off balance at times when all this is going on. doctors say it is not menieres disease, all hearing tests have come back good, a slight hearing loss due to my middle age. i have asked doctor about taking ear tube out, but he says it is to much trouble, and will fall out on its own . it has been in for one year at this time. i sometimes wonder if its the ear tube causing all the problems. would be very thankfull for any answers any one might have. thanks

My doctor has me on FloVent HFA, Flutcasone Propionate, and Singulair for allergies and Lipitor for cholesterol. I have been on the last two over a month and the first two over a week. Today is first problem. I am 49 years old and in general good health.

My brother tried to commit suicide over his girlfriend. So, well, thats what I hear. He shot himself in the face. He is going to be okay, but I need help. I don't know what to say to him. He is 24 and I am 13. He has never ever really said I love you to me exsept today. Last time I heard that was about 5 or 6 years ago. He hugged me like I couldn't believe. I need help on what to say and I need help on what to do. I need to talk to me boyfiend but he moved so can somone give me some answers? He will be in the hospital in emergency for three more days. When I see him again what should i talk about? Can someone answer all those questions?

A friend of mine (male) use the bathroom and had to sit on the toile and he has genital herpes. I forgot to clean the seat after him and I had to sit on the toilet to use the bathroom. Can you catch genital herpes from sitting on the toilet?

Okay. My friend says I should go get tested for diabetes, because I experience 2 of the symptoms...Thirsty and headaches all the time. But I'm only really thirsty when it's hot and I've been out side for a while. And I do get headaches a lot, but there is always a reason for them (too much noise, etc.)...Do you guys think I should get tested just in case? Or do you think I'm okay for now?
