Not sure, ask your doctor next time you go.
One thing you can do tho is go to the bathroom more often... you would be wiping more often so as much might not get on your underware...
*shrug* Just a thought, hope it helps.

If you have excessive discharge, for example more than a smear an inch wide and three inches long on the panties during the day, or if the discharge is very foul smelling, or greenish in color, then you might have a vaginal yeast infection, or bacterial vaginosis. In that case you would need to see your gyno and get treated for this.
Other than this you can reduce the discharge by staying well hydrated, and keeping the pubic area dry, by wearing very breathable panties made of cotton, or even going without panties and letting that area air out.

I don't think you can reduce normal discharge, but you could try pantyliners. If it is unusually heavy or has an unusual odor you should see your dr.

Heavy discharge you must consult adoctor. they will provide some medication to insert in, and depends on the colour of your discharge, yellow-normal, green-infection or brown-sickness..........don't wait till the colour change, and if you have sex often thats normal sometime is the overdue sperm flow out.

No, but if there is enough to get your underwear a little damp you can always try a pantyliner.

When you go to the bathroom wash yourself properly. I know it sounds weird.
