I used to be the queen of crams...it was just horrible!!

Here are some tips that help me out and will most deffinately help you.
1. being on the pill helps a bit with pain but most importantly with the timing of your period so its not late or early.. but exact
2. dont know if anyone has heard of this but it WORKS!... try some fish oil softgels (i take 1000mg).. their pills and you will notice the difference within your next period or second period if it takes longer.
3. chamomile tea is good too try it out, it helps with the pain
4. finally, a really good advice the heat patches, put them on your tummy and they will calm the cramps away!

these are some tips that i want to pass on to you any all the girls who suffer from bad cramps..

Take 2 advil for the cramps. Exercise may help with the moodiness you are feeling. It releases feel good endorphins.

I did not like taking the pill because it caused either my thyroid gland or pituitary gland (I get both those mixed up) to release more of a certain type of hormone which made me get very emotional as you are describing. You might have a blood test done to see if that is what is happening to you. If so, the pill is not for you, unless you want to continually feel that way. You might try a different dosage pill or a different blend. Check with your gynecologist on all I mentioned.

This site below has a way to help but is not well known since it is free so no one can make money off letting people know about it. Also your body is getting rid of toxins at an accelerated rate similar to when you are fasting, which makes you feel hungry. Also losing a lot of blood makes you lose some nutrients. Stop eating food right now until you can read this site.

go the ur nearest organic food store like whole foods and then they have a whole section dedicated to this. I recently bought some pills for it called OONA 2 PMS. It has no hormones and u take it starting a couple of days before your period and one pill throughout it and it completely STOPS CRAMPS!!!

Drink cammomile tea to relax your muscles and do some slow breathing and relaxation at the time :)

Keep your muscles straight, your muscles are twisted, your pain is rising, and you need to straighten your muscles. take a deep stretch to your stomach, and keep your muscles stretched per day.
