You would need to change your eating habits first of all. Moving as far away from any kind of processed foods. The closer you get it in its natural state the better. So, mostly organic vegetables (except potatoes), seeds, nuts and fruits and the occasional meat, but I would mostly try to limit to fish. No dairy period. No sugar or artificial sweetners. Then you need to do about a week may be two of detoxing. I would recommend using the Avena Originals detox plan. After that you need to do a parasite cleanse. Continue eating well and fast every now and then. Before fasting it is extremely important to drink plenty of water. If you have access to it try and get reverse osmosis. It is the best water available. Hopefully one day we will have desalination plants. In addition to eating well, I would recommend practicing martial arts or yoga. The Eastern methods of exercise are far superior to Occidental methods because they combine an intergrated syngistic system of full body exericse that strengthens even the internal organs. By the way trying to lose weight quickly is not only pointless because you are more likely to gain that weight back, but it is also very dangerous to shock your body by either quickly losing or gaining weight. To really make an improvement on your weight and most importantly your health, it requires a complete lifestyle change.

The answer to this question depends on many things. Firstly, does it run in the family? if yes then just try and eat healthy and excersise but the reality is, you might never be how you desire to be. Secondly, how determind are you? are you willing to go for a jog 'before' work or go to the gym 'after' work? if your answer is yes, add to that a balanced diet and in 3 weeks i promise you, you may not be your ideal weight but you would be able to see a difference which would give you the boost to keep it going. Good Luck!

Remove fatty foods and sugary sweets from your diet, only put healthy whole foods and lean protein in your body, exercise regularly with a lot of cardio and weight training.

Eat nothing but plain fresh veggies, drink only water, and get lots of exercise.

Follow that up with a colonic.
