I am so depressed lately. I have anxiety disorder, don't go anywhere, have no desire to. I can't sleep right, end up waking up with panic attacks. I have no job, can't seem to find one. My doc has switched my meds three times and nothing seems to work. I am gaining weight cuz I am so depressed and it just adds to it. I am tired all of the time, have no energy, don't really care about my appearance as much anymore. What should I do? Anyone, please, can you try to cheer me up??

Well, I've been dating the same guy since the end of January. He doesn't spend a lot of time in the sun and just recently started because I love it. I've noticed, now that he has a tan, some white spots on his back. He has a lot of moles and I've been watching them for any changes. At first it was just the one, now he has three more and another one starting. It's a complete lack of pigment, all circular, no irregular shapes, they don't hurt and the largest isn't changing. It's all in an area where he just got a tatoo? Could that have something to do with it? I'm just concerned because more are forming and fairly rapidly. Any answers would be helpful. Thank you so much.

I really dont like my body right and I want to loose weight. Can you tel me some fast simple steps. Im only 14 and I have school, homework, etc. Can walking really help you loose weight? If so how much would you have to do? and how much will you loose? I'm half korean and half italian. My mom is korean and she cooks all this korean food. I have a spot on my inner thigh that looks like a bull's eye about the size of a nickel (that is the only size comparison I can think of). There is a red bump that is surrounded by bluish/black bruising. I did not see the spider bite me, I am only assuming the bite is from a spider.

I have an appointment with the doctor for this afternoon. But I know that all she is going to be able to do is give me an educated guess. I am looking for people that have had this happen to them.

There is no way I am pregnant....husband had a vasectomy 71/2 years ago.
My last period was May 18th....I have a had a light discharge only noticible when I go to the bathroom (dark brown in color) no cramps or signs of a period coming on. I usually run like clock work....so what is going on?

Is it the higher the # on a TSH test, the lower the function of your thyroid? I had a significant decrease in function in the last year. My Dr. said that my thyroid has "killed" itself.. What in the heck does that mean? And do diabeties and low thyroid issues run hand in hand?
