My lower backbones hurt whenever i bend backwards and if i push on one of them they hurt. This pain started because of my springboard diving and i kind bent back too much and too hard. What could this be?

Go to the doc NOW. Back pains get worse if delayed.

You probably just strained it. Go to a good doc or a chiropractor. I hurt my back once and the doc just like moved my legs around while he pushed on certain spots on my bod. He also prescribed me muscle relaxers. It was really amazing just the little things he did made my back pain go away...I didn't even have to finish my prescription for the muscle relaxers.

a compressed disk. Hurts like hell. Have it checked out to make sure its not in danger of hemorrhaging. Because THAT hurts a thousand times worse.

You could have fractured a vertebrae. See a doc.
