allergies can make eyes swell. Try using an allergy relief Visine type product. Take an antihistimine before bed, like bedadryl. And if it is REALLY bad, check in at walk in clinic for some big gun antihistimes.

Sounds like allergies to your enviroment such as pet dander, dust, pollen. and the like. An air iononizer should work.Clean your room thoroughly including bedding. OTC benadryl before sleep might help.

Close your window so pollen can't get to you. Take a shower to wash out pollen from your hair before you go to sleep and change your bedsheets.

reduce salt and alcohol intake. that causes puffiness.
also, if you're having problems sleeping, take 2 benadryl's. They'll help you sleep.
