I don't wanna totally put myself on lockdown from eating good food. Lol. I'm just not gonna stuff myself like i usually do. Eat less, you know. and cut down on the junk food. and only drink water ( i drink alot of pop now). And then doing sit ups and stuff like that also. i just wanna lose a few pounds. maybe 10. do you think this will help me do it or what?? btw im 16 years old, about 5'10'' maybe a little taller, and i weigh 159.
