Thats pretty tough.. i have trouble keeping my mind off of food too. I just suggest you try to occupy ur time and thats all i can suggest at the moment

I am the same way. I love to eat when I'm nervous, angry, sad...etc. A good way that I have found to loose weight is to have vegetables, fruit, etc. around to eat. I have a small zip lock back full of carrots and sweat peas. When I get hungry, or feel like munching on something I open the bag and eat those. For breakfast I have the Special K cereal, for lunch I eat a salad with chicken, tuna and vegetables and for dinner what ever is at home. I also walk 1 hour a day and I've manage to loose a couple of pounds. This might work for you.

You need to find another activity to fill your day. When you are nervous eating will not help. Once you have ate, you will then stress out that you ate. Always give yourself 10-15 minutes to identify if the hunger is genuine. If so eat sensibly. If not problem solved. Try relaxing or meditating when you are anxious. Sounds corny but sometimes when I feel like that I put on a favorite song and sing or dance to it. Soon I forget about being nervous and actually feel silly. Good luck.

i know someone who lost 20 pounds by eating soft ice. you dont loose weight fast this way. but it helps you stop snacking. how do you make soft ice you say? well make ice cubs and put some in a cup or glass. then put that glass or ice cubs somewhere in the house where its warm. like on top of the frigs. leave it there until you see it melt and the ice gets all wierd lookin. drain the water out and crush the ice in your mouth. first you need to check with your dentist and see if he is okay with you doing this. it may damage your deeth. but you should try it.

i have the same problem when i eat i just eat till im full other days im not hungry the key to eating right is proportions i just lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks by cutting back if you do the same you'll be fine
