Everyone's life is full of worries. What makes yours more important? Just deal with what you can as you can and don't worry about the small stuff. Take life one day at a time and thank God that you woke up this morning. We all feel hopeless. I have a good cry and sulk for a few days. Then I pick myself up and move on. I have a family to think of. Just think of how your loved ones would feel if you were not here. Don't be selfish.

Hey, There probably seems like there's alot to worriy about, but it can't be That bad. Life is full of worries. Sometimes it's hard to find a way around them but you will in the end.
You didn't say exactly WHAT your worries were, but i'm guessing that they're coming all at once. some ideas;
-Every day, you need to have at least 10 mins 2 just chill and forget everything.clear ur mind.(lie on ur bed, or relax in a chair) when you get up, hopefully you'll feel calmer.
-Maybe if you've got too much things 2 do, get them organised by making a timetable or something.
-have you TALKED 2 any1 bout this? If you can get someone to help you, mabye things will be alot easier.
- listen to music, make time for the things you enjoy the most.
Hey, hope i helped. Cheer up!

We all have times when everything seems to be going wrong, things start to get to us and it seems like there is no way out. If I knew your worries I could advise you more but when things are hard to handle for me I just take it one day at a time. Worrying is something that won't make a situation better, although we all do it.
I try to make each day successful which to me means you organise one thing you need to put right, you cannot fix every problem but you can work on them and little by little things will get better.
Do something nice for yourself every now and then, be positive and think of the good things in your life and be strong you will get through these tough times

Think of the good things you have. We all have some bad days, but thetycertainly make the better ones seem great. I think perhaps you should go and see the doctor as theymay be able to help you. Life is never worth giving up. People and situations can really hurt but you know that you are a nice person. How about going out with a pal?

Find some new hobbies?
It is full of worries, but you can handle them better than you think. Remember if you were a brainless idiot like the majority, you would go through life without a lot of stress. The fact that you are worrying just proves you have above average intelligence.

regardless of how bad things get, and I know they can get pretty bad....the sun will continue to come up tomorrow and it will be a new day. When life seems to suck...take a moment to look around you and find things you can be grateful for...it could be a lot of things that you simply take for granted. Can you hear the birds? Can you see the green grass? Can you feel pain & happiness too (some can't) do you have food, health, shelter? THINK of things that you DO have..then worry about the things that you can do something about, anything else is worrying for NOTHING

Get some support in your life... someone to talk over the things that feel like they can't be handled. (Professional, if need be)
Worry about what you have control over.
Let go of the rest.
Sometimes, to get to the good stuff, you have to survive through the bad. Follow the above, and eventually you'll get to other side.

Seek professional help and pick up a hobby. Focusing your mind on something other than what troubles you helps during the rougher times. Don't avoid any problem completely, but do have an escape where you can let go for an hour or so.

Find out the root cause of why you are fed up. Then act on it. Also go join a gym. I'm 43 and have joined a gym and I feel ALIVE again. Only YOU can do something about your life.
