my brother-in-law wrote me from jail that the doctor there says he has a lump on his eardrum that needs to be removed surgically. I am 5'7 and weigh 225. I know I won't be up for all the walking, stair climbing, etc..if I don't drop at least 10-15 lbs. Prob is I have the willpower of a marshmallow...but I must do this! It's waaay too hot to go out and walk or exercise where I live. Atkins makes me sick. Any ideas?

i work at a treat shop thats connected to a restaurant. a guy that works there makes me extremly uncomfortable. he's never done anything, but every time he walks past the window where i work, he looks at me in a way that makes me very uncomfortable. and i was washing the window and i dropped my towel and when i stood back up he was there at the window!!! scared the snot out of me. i don't know if guys ever experience this, but i think some girls do. when somebody looks at you that makes you very uncomfortable, or when they're around it just... oh i dont 'even know how to explain it. what can i do? or is there anything i can do?

I recently got put back on depakote. I take 1000 mg a day. My doctor told me that it was more dangerous to not be on meds and be pregnant, than to be on depakote and be pregnant. I'm confused. We plan on conceiving in the next year. Help?
