Masturbation is a perfectly healthy male and female thing to do. Nothing wrong with this either. Fine to do it and most people in the world do masturbate at some point in thier life.

There are MANY problems with masturbation, the first being that once you really start it, there may be no going back, you'll become addicted to it.
Other problems will follow like your genitals may become smaller, more sensitive & depending on your masturbation technique, you may start ejaculating fast which will lead to premature ejaculation when you engage in real sex.
The process of masturbation, since its 'artificial', affects the brain & your parasympathetic nervous system.
At the end of the day, you will feel weak, a bit dizzy, lower immune system, in later stages, eye problems & sensitivity to light, poor erection, prostatitis, genital & groin pains, secretion of precum (seminal leakage) due to weakened parasympathetic nerves,.. Believe you me, there are lots of complications that can arise from it so my advice to you is this, stay away from that organ, make it natural.

How do I know all this, am a 'case study', now am ripping the fruits of my 'work'. Ask anybody who has been down that lane.

What is more important is to ask about the medical problems of not masturbating.

There isn't really unless it's affecting your daily life. Your genitals might become raw, inflamed or extremely sensitive if done too much. lol Also if you're a female, masturbating too much with or without toys might cause a yeast or urinary tract infection.

If you ejaculate directly into your eye, you can have blurred vision.
