Hey - I've gained a bunch of weight in the last year...probably cuz I'm out of college and am a working man now. Anyhow, I've gained a lot of weight...and now have stretch marks. My stretch marks are dark red/purple, and are on my armpits and love handles....How do i get them to fade? They are so gross. I know I have to work out better - but I'd really like to get rid of these stretch marks. Please Help!!!!!

Im a single mom and dont get home from work until about 5 each night, then I have to cook, and get my daughter ready for bed etc. So how do I find time to exercise? What are some simple fast ways to exercise without taking time away from my daughter? She is only 4 so she cant do a lot with me like walking or running.

I guess I've always had this problem to a certain extent, but over my last few periods it seems to be happening more frequently.

When I put a tampon in, I quite often get a shooting pain in my lower abdomen, usually on the right hand side, sometimes on the left. It's a really severe stabbing pain, but it goes away quite quickly.

I've been using tampons for years, and I know how to put them in - I'm always in the same position when I insert them, and I use the lowest absorbancy for my flow etc etc etc. I'd say now, about half the time I get this pain, the other half of the time it's totally fine.

I sometimes get a dull achey pain at the lower right side as well, not related to my periods in any way.......do you think the two things are linked? And why does it sometimes hurt when I put a tampon in?

i took my baby to the hospital on sunday ,she was sick. they gave me medicine and sent us home. yesterday after i got home i took her back they gave me more medicine and sent us back home again. All night she was restless and congested, do you think i should take her back?

I got two silver fillings in my teeth on Monday and they're still really sensitive when I eat. When will the pain go away? I thought the whole point of getting the fillings was to STOP my teeth hurting! They are both quite big fillings, will that take longer for my teeth to feel better?

I have had these feelings of needles or vibrating nerve like endings from my elbow up to the left shoulder and neck and head (left side only). I'm taking increased meds for trigeminal neuralgia but that hasn't touched it. I can't remember stretching or falling within the month period that this has been happening. I saw an "MD" who suggested an "up" dose of my Neurontin but nothing has stopped the vibration like ache. Anyone have anything like this ?

Hi there

I share a room at home with my brother. We dont really mix much as we are total opposites. He has a friend Jason who he spends all his time with and they always lock me out of our bedroom when he comes over. This annoys me as they are more like brothers than us two. I feel left out. Anyway, last night they forgot to lock the door and what i saw shocked me. My brother (so he told me) had been stung by a bee on his genitals and Jason was sucking the sting out. My brother told me he had been to the doctors and they had told him his body was releasing a chemical which bees and wasps are threatened by and sting immediatly. Apparently he is constantly being stung all over but is embarrassed by this condition so has only confided in Jason who helps him suck out the bee stings. To me this sounds a strange story but hes my brother and i dont want to not believe him. Has anyone heard of this condition before and was there anything you could do to combat it?

When I take my contacts out at night my eyes are moist and fine but when I wake up in the morning one or both of my eyes hurt and sometimes I have to rub them in order to open them because they are so dry, and usually bloodshot. Could my contacts be doing this or does anyone else know what might be wrong? I do not do drugs and I don't use RENU so its not that. Please help. Please don't suggest wearing my glasses they are at someones house that is no vacation and I cannot get them.
