Hey everyone. I am writing to ask what does it mean when a guy has a hard bump on his penis. I was checking out my dude's privates and saw a hard bump that looks like it has a scab on it. He has had this bump for over a year and says that it is a "mole." I am scared that if we have sex I will contract an STD. What the heck it this. It does not look like a mole to me...it looks more like a wart or something, but it is hard and has a scab on it. Could it be HIV or herpes. he has had it in the same spot for a long time and never has had another one.

I am a 29-year male and I experience chest discomfort and pain in my left arm and in back of my shoulder. However this has been happening about every day for the last year. I have had about three EKG's and a stress test about 6 months ago. Living with these symptoms are making my life miserable. I don't know if I am a heart attack waiting to happen or what. I am so tired of going to the doctor because they say nothing is wrong with me. They tell me just to lose the weight and lower my cholosterol. Why do I continue to have all these symptoms on a daily basis. It is really driving my life crazy. Someone please help!

I am on hydrocodone for a recent tonsillectomy... I have been cooped up for a good 10 days now and I am feeling a lot better - still a little sore in the throat and that is why I'm still taking the drugs. Anyway, I wanted to go out tonight and have a few drinks and I don't want anything in my system to be affected by alcohol. So i wanted to know how long it would take before the drug would be out of my system.

My dad is 47 years old and he used to run cross country in high school. He has always wanted to run a marathon but has never gotten around to do so. While he has not run in years, he is still pretty thin and doesn't have any major health problems. Does anyone know a schedule that will gradually get him fit enough to run a marathon (at least finish)? He's probably going to need to start off really really slow. All advice (diet, training schedules, stretching excercises, length of time he should train) will be appreciated. Thanks.
