My guess, it's probably a wart. Haven't you ever heard of genital warts? It's caused by the HPV virus that 80% of the population carries. It can cause warts on both men and women, and it can cause cervical cancer in women. I had a hysterectomy at 28, because of my cervix. Use a condom. I wouldn't say it is herpes, because herpes only flare up every now and then, usually during stress, but the warts will sometimes stay until they are removed.

First off, before you have sex with him, just suggest that you both go and get tested. It really isn't an embarrassing thing to ask your dude, especially if you are so concerned as to writing your question here on yahoo. If he says no, (which really is the worst that can happen) then I would be worried. Just tell him, that you are going to get tested too! Going together is always best, you get your results back at the same time too! I personally wouldn't want to sleep with someone if I was wondering things like you are. If you don't do this, you are potentially risking your own health. Is this something that you can live with? No, so go and get tested with him! Be careful, I don't know you, and I care about your health! You should put yourself first, and care about your own health over his until you can know for sure! I hope this helps!
p.s. if you don't think it is a mole, then it is probably not. trust your gut!

I dont know much about STDs but it seems that if it hasnt gone away in a year something is wrong, and you can tell the difference between a wart and a mole. Ask him to go get a std test before you will have any sexual contact. Because some of those STDs can make you have problems conciving children later. Definatly make him get th.at checked on, dont jeprodize your health for sex. If you do have sex make sure to use a condom everytime.

One painless bump on the head of the penis is usually Syphilis caused by Treponema Pallidum. Multiple painless or painful bumps could be HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). Multiple painful bumps could also be Herpes Simplex Virus. Painful bumps could also be a Chancroid caused by Haemophilus Duycrei. Syphilis and Chancroid can be treated with antibiotics. If syphilis is not treated, it can lead to SERIOUS neurological problems. HPV and Herpes can't be treated, although Herpes outbreaks can be reduced with anti-viral drugs such as Valtrex (valcyclovir). HPV is a viral infection that may cause cervical cancer in women... please inform your sexual partner if you have HPV because condoms may not protect against HPV.
Get tested.

Do you really want a scabbed penis inside of you? *shuddering*
Seriously, make him go to the doctor. He says it's "a mole?" Uh-uh, don't trust that. Tell him, that you want to see, IN WRITING, what the doctor says. And make sure it's legit.
Do NOT have sex with him until you are sure of what "it" is. Of any kind. No oral, no anal; nothing.

It could be either or about a hundred more, if I were you I'd get him to a Dr. to be tested and knock off the unprotected sex with him until I knew we were both safe and he was trustworthy (this could have happened after you got with him!)

Let him get that checked out you don't even know what it is. One thing I do know is that no mole has scabs on them.
