Fast with protein shakes....but the weight will all come back and them some.
Less food+ more exercise is the only way to really lose weight!

I really don't think you can lose weight without exercising. Oh, you can loose it, but without a lifestyle change, it will come right back. But, I don't think you have to go in for hard exercising either. Just little things will help.
First your diet. Try for a few weeks to put nothing in your mouth that is white....except milk (I prefer soy) and yogurt. Brown rice, brown pasta, etc. Lots of vegies and some fresh fruit every day. And, most importantly, cut those portion sizes! Watch what you eat. And eat less.
Now, for exercises. Park in the last available space in the lot and walk a little further. Park up the street at the school and walk home. Really count your steps one day. And then for the next couple of weeks, find a way to double the number of steps that you take during the day. Add a little weight training with just a small set of weights that you can do at home in front of the TV, and pretty soon you will find yourself getting in shape.
But, you need to commit to that life style change. If you don't, by next year you will have 25 pounds that you need to loose in a hurry.
This way is not difficult. You can loose and get in shape this way. No gym membership, no boring workouts, no trendy clothes to buy. Just do it for your health and do it for life.

You're not. Neither is it safe. Exercise does not have to mean going to a gym and killing yourself. You can exercise simply by walking, using the stairs instead of the elevator, parking away from the doors of a building so you will have to "walk" from the parking lot, etc. You'd be surprised how effective this can be. Exercise can easily be incorporated into our every day lives without seeming like hard work. I'm sure you could be creative in your own ventures.

Food diet,eat vege,fruits and plenty of water! If you can afford try some healthy ,no side effects herbal life weight reducing pills,or better see a doctor for proper diet program!weight losing is not an overnight or instant result,be patient!Pls do not eat anithing aside from I mentioned above!

well i lost 21 pounds after my 2nd child in less than 2 weeks, i ate saltine crackers and water for 4 days and then I started to eat regular foods, then now its been 4 months i think and i eat like a pig and dont gain the weight back,,,yahooooooooooo
136 to 112 now, cause i keep losing a pound or 2 at a time

it's possible to do it in like 3-4 month with one of those doctor recomended diet pills ... i did loose 50lbs in past year ... i couldn't go for excercise cuz i was busy behind computer and depressed ... it was my last choice of getting down from 270lbs to 220 ... and now i'm going for another 40lbs to loose ... i already change college and im going somewhere that i need to walk alot in a day atleast 2 miles a day ... to keep my weight ... especially when i'm in the 1month waiting period. i allready stop eating the stuff that i dont need ... love pizzas ... fastfoods ... but no need to go for potatos ... i changed the coke i was drinking like water to light/diet coke ... and try to drink more water than coke ... i'm not drinking alcohol but i sudggest change the beer to light coke or h2oh .... (it's lame as heaven) ... if i loose another 40lbs by next year i must kill myself to not let it back which it impossible but it's possible to make it slower ....
in ur case 15lbs compare to mine is almost 1/5 but please don't use it first ... these things make u addictet since the show a very good results in short term ...... if i could do more excercise ... im sure it was more effective on me!
consult with a good doctor .... and try to walk fast to her/his office!

Unfortunanatly you can't. There is no way around not exercising. Sure you can lose weight but to maintain the loss you have to exercise. Ask your doctor is the best advice.

u knw what its impossible to achieve something without gettin ur hands dirty. so, instead of thinkin like this u try to think how u can lose that 15 lb with minimal exercise
