Restaurant food often contains substantially more fat than the foods we usually eat at home...possibly resulting in a stomach ache on your part. Sometimes the portions are more than you normally serve yourself too.

Try ordering lighter meals in restaurants - salads and seafood (nonfried) for instance. See if that improves your condition. If not try taking two Maalox tablets after eating...you may be experiencing indigestion.

hello,
my name is Trish, i am a 3rd year MA.
stomache ache's can highly depend on your diet. here are some tips...eat lots of foods rich in fiber for regularity. are you currently on vitamins? if so some can cause stomache pain. or you simply could be hungry or constipated.
hope this helps.
