No, not really. I'm probably considered obese, I've got allergies and asthma that I recently developed and I feel like I'm sick all the time. And those are the minor problems.

Yes, I think so. My BP and Cholesterol (HDL & LDL) are good. I'm within my healthy weight range. I walk 8-10 miles per day, every day. I lift free-weights for 45 minutes a day 3 times a week. I do Pilates or other exercise tapes for 45 minutes a day 3 times a week. I eat a well-balanced diet from all the food groups.

Less than healthy. I am a bit over weight, I eat dairy products and meat. I don't eat organic/all natural food all the time. That is why I am not healthy!

I know I'm healthy. You dont have to be like a size 5 to be considered healthy. I eat right, and I walk everyday, and I go to they gym, and I'm a size 10, and very comfortable with myself.

Healthier than average. I exercise and limit the amount of toxins I put in my body.

I am healthy........I don't think it, and I know I'm healthier than others because I eat right and exercise, good health brings good thoughts and good actions, alot of peoples problems stem from poor eating habits and lack of exercise.

I think I'm healthier than most in this state ( Wisconsin ). I eat pretty well & work out even though I'm " old ", 37. It's a shame that I see so many younger than me weighing alot more than I do.............

I run 2-3 miles a day, lift weights, play hockey and umpire baseball. My bloodwork is "stellar" according to my PCP and I have no on-going health problems.

I am reasonably fit and eat well, but when I go out I can hit it really hard, so just a bit of balance I suppose
