okay. my sisters wedding is coming up and they have a bar in the basement of the house that they are going to get. for one of their presents i wanted to make bar glasses (long island, wine and beer mugs) with their names or a message on them. I am going to make a stencel of the design but what is the best paint to use? it has to be water proof, able to stand up to the wear and tear of use and be okay in a dishwasher.

thanks for your help!

I'm making some clay charms and the other day I had one fall off from the eye pin when I was hooking it to a cell strap. What can I do to prevent this? Do you put any type of glue on it?

Back in first grade we did this newspaper, glue, balloon thing that turned out really cool. You blow a balloon the size you want it then you wrap it with the tore newspaper. Then you let it dry and pop the balloon. You can paint it or do almost anything. But the problem I'm having is the glue mixture. How much and do you mix with water?

I am looking for a shop that sells the figures and such not just the plates and bowls. Looking for the un fired pieces not the fired bisque ceramics or plaster.

My dad gave me his penny collection from when he was a kid. His dad gave it to him, and now he is giving it to me since i now have a child.

We went through all the pennies, and some of them date back to 1903. I also found a few 1943 steel pennies. But we also found 1 1943 COPPER penny. We looked it up to make sure it was real, by the way the 3 looks in the 1943. Its real! Is this worth anything?

So I'm making something for a neighbor from my daughter and I am NOT creative at all. I have glitter (red, blue, gold, silver, multi, pink and white--pink and white are really light though) i have little rhinestones, feathers, pipe cleaners, Purple and silver ribbon, markers, crayons, etc. What else can I do to make this thing not so BLAH? I don't wanna over kill it though. Right now it looks like crap! Thanks in advance.

I know what this means in reference to drawing you take a picture you are working on, copy it in black in white, take a ruler and grid out the picture in spaces (like in 1/4" increments, hence the ruler). Usually using a pencil lighter then the rest of the drawing in order to cover up the grid. then you grid out the paper you will be drawing on in spaces slighter larger spaces then you spaced the grid on photograph. Then you draw one space at a time.

My POINT IS how do you do something like that in counted cross stitch or is it in refernce to something different?
