i have a bunch of old coins im trying to find the price on and i need a web site to look up the prices plz the best one i will give 5 stars to

There really are none. The PCGS site is for their coins that they graded and slabbed or at least what they think thy are worth. Most sites have retails and are trying to sell you something. None will really help in grading your coins and grade is a major part of the value. In order to do so one would have to use trends from a company and all are copyrighted. Most books on grading are the same. Coin World and Numismatic News have site but you must subscribe to their coin magazines or pay to use them. Maybe someday there will be a free one that will help in pricing and grading. Best bet buy a Coinage or Coins magazine and look at their trends prices, dealers pay less. See if a grading book is available at the library, or maybe a coin club is in your area, they will help.
