My daughter and I bought some old puzzles from a garage sale. Any idea of the best place to locate the value. They are from 1950's...one says SIFO in right hand corner. They are like 1954 Little Old Lady in a shoe.........Then some bullwinkle from 1961 by P.A.T.... We have looked and looked to no avail....thanks for any help

ANY ideas for homemade bath/spa type gifts?!!??

I would like to be able to do this with my kids so I would prefer it was fairly simple. Also...I live in a VERY small town so the more attainable and basic the ingredients the better!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Quilters: How do I use a "Flip n Set" Triangle Ruler?

I bought a pattern (Simplicity 3977), and it looked like a fairly easy task to sew (d), or the mantel scarf. It is asking to cut, using this tool, 4--4-1/2"x42" strips, among others. I can read the 4-1/2" strip on the ruler, but am terribly confused about the 42". How do I do it, please? I just got the kit today, and was hopeful I could learn to quit on my own, using these tools that I heard were so "easy..

I'm making a scrapbook with magazines/pictures of me & my friends/family. What are good magazines to use?

I want to buy some magazines to cut up and use the letters to spell stuff, and I want lots of cool/ interesting pictures. I'm 17 years old by the way, so Better Homes & Gardens, isn't what I'm looking for.
