I am designing a craft room. I love to sew, do scrapbooking, and love crafts. Any ideas on organizing materials, or just any ideas? I was thinking of buying an 8ft banquet table but how ugly. I want it to be really fun, and kind of girly. PLEASE HELP!

My lil boy is 4 and just finished his first season of soccer. I want this memory cherished. And I was thinking a getting a shadow box and putting his soccer tshirt, his medal and his team pic in it. But everywhere I look i either cant find a shadow box or if i do its extremely expensive. So can anyone tell me a goood place to buy one that isnt really expensive. I mean, i know they arent really cheap, but I am not looking to go broke buying one either. Help !!!

Things like phones and regular clothing are nothing to find, but where could I go to obtain items such as replica costumes or armaments, or squibs? Or the makeup necessary for scars and the like? Just post your prop-hunting links at me if you got 'em.

I am new to scrapbooking so please be patient with me!
I have been practicing with heat embossing on vellum (I haven't burned it or warped it too much!), and on regular paper. I am doing okay with it.
So - here goes my story... I cannot find flourish rub-ons or chipboard or anything in my area. I do however have flourish stamps. I have seen so many beautiful layouts with just such flourishes on the corners... done with rub-ons and chipboard, go figure.

So - can I use my stamps along with the embossing powder on my photos? Or does anyone have any other ideas that would give me this look without having to pay a fortune?

Also - what kind of ink would I use on the photos if I just want to stamp, but not emboss, without it smearing all over? Pigment?

Thanks in advance! All help is appreciated!

I'm looking to make some salt dough (or something similar) and am wondering what the best "recipe" is. I will be using it to make Christmas Tree decorations. Thank you.

This may sound strange, but I would like to make my own copy of
Callisto's sword. Here's a picture :http://www.legendaryheroes.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=X608G
Could you describe to me what her sword looks like and the cheapest way of making a copy of my own sword? Non-expensive easy without hurt anyone, but I don't want a sword that looks like a child toy. I would like to have it as a decoration and hang it on my wall. I don't want a wodden sword. Thanks!

For Christmas, my best friend and I have decided to make each other Christmas gifts rather than buy them. We're both in our late teens. I'm quite arty and can do most crafts. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've been looking everywhere for patterns or instructions on how to make a Mexican wrestling mask, a la Lucha Libre, but no luck thus far. Is anyone out there willing to divulge info on how to sew a fitted leather (or something equally as tough) mask?

I have even tried to cast off using the "two needles" method, to make the yarn loose, but further down the line, it just gets tight again and breaks. Im trying to knit a simple scarf, but I can't even get past the third row of stitches! Some good advice would be much appreciated!
