When I started the search, I assumed you meant for individual plates, but here is one for a package of plates:

If you would like to make this a *hanging* paper plate holder, perhaps you could easily change the pattern of the back portion to add holes. Noone is limited by a pattern, only by their own creativity! Good luck!
