Examples: "Freshire Farms", "Sea Net", "Reggano", "Happy Harvest". My personal favorite is their "Mama Cozzi"(say it out loud)spaghetti sauce.

You know, the mozzarella ones that are part skim? I'm craving a grilled cheese sandwich... do I need to throw them out? Are they still good? They don't have any green spots. Anyone know?

They aren't there when I buy the item. I can't see them when I look at the container. But when I put the pasta into the boiling water...they float to the top like little black buoy's. Same with rice, flour etc.
I have completely emptied the pantry or cupboard...cleaned and sprayed with every imaginable cleaner...and within days they're back.
Sometimes I can see them in the package before opening so I throw it away.
What are they ? Where do they come from ? Where do they hide? Are they dangerous if you eat any? How do you get rid of them? How do they get into my sealed plastic containers even after I place plastic wrap on top before screwing on the lid.? How do they get into Zip Loc bags.?
They're tiny little black bugs with a hard shell body, (like a mini-beatle). I've never actually seen one move on it's own power..in fact they appear to be dead.
What is in flour, etc. that attracts them. Or are they already there when I buy stuff..and just don't show themselves for a few weeks?

I've been craving them like crazy and load up on them at subway. I know for a fact I'm not pregnant so I know that's not why I'm craving them. I think I might be lacking in that certain vitamin found in them or maybe my tastes have just changed.

Many times when you boil eggs some are miserable when you try to peel them. Mostly they are easily peeled. Why is that?

I realize that sounds funny, but I was searing meat in olive oil that was over very high heat for too long. The oil I guess burnt up and left dark stains all around the inside edge. It may not be burn oil exactly, I guess it may have been the "smoke" or whatever you want to call it which left a resin on the pan similar to what builds up inside the hood over a comercial grill.
