Nope not bad but no tea of star anise or anise or licorice (make the blood pressure go up). No fish especially tuna and salmon from cans - no Swordfish - this is due to Mercury collecting in the fetus. No alcohol.
Careful when craving non-nutritional substance like ice - tar, wax, chalk, starch, mud - it is all forms of Pica eating, which can and does happen to pregnant women.

It's not necessarily BAD to drink while pregnant, but you shouldn't over do it. I think Chai has caffeine in it, which you should only consume in moderation, if any. Good things to eat while pregnant are fruits and veggies, whole grains, eggs, milk, cheese, 100% juices, lean meats, and nuts.

chai tea is good but only in moderation. why? caffeine . so little or no caffeine . fish Mercury level, as for good ... fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy.

You also want to avoid blue cheese and lunch meats. They can be sources of listeria, a foodbourne illness that is dangerous to you and the fetus.

pregnant women and very young children should avoid honey, it breeds bacteria rather easily, and can breed botulism so it is best to avoid it
