So we know this is good for us, but do you do it?

I am proud to say I do! i drink water virtually constantly all day!
I have a banana at breakfast, 3 pieces of fruit at work then always at least 2 veg for dinner, plus usually fruit for dessert. I always have done, i was brought up to drink lots and enjoy fruit and veg.

Do you do it, and do you do it because the powers that be say you should or have you always done it?

If I eat pancakes in the morning, I get all groggy and feel like dying. Then, after this feeling hits, I usually end up in and out of the bathroom several times until about noon, and then I just feel like napping the whole rest of the day. This is especially true if I wake up early (as in a normal hour people should wake up, like between 6am and 9am), because usually I sleep in until about 12pm. Sometimes this happens with waffles and french toast, too, but it's the worst with pancakes. Is it the syrup? Why do I feel like I'm going to die after eating pancakes?

Why does sainsburys Be good to yourself range state that a certain meal has 3% less fat -which would be a big sticker showing it, so that its the first thing you see when you are looking at it. then when you look at the back of the product or at the circle label which says to look out for...it then say that there is more fat in it then the stated 3%?

confusing when you dont know what your looking for, so when you see that the meal say 3% fat then you assume that its going to be just as it says? Should I complain or am I reading their products wrong?

My husband is trying to eat low carb. I'm trying to figure out something that will be easy for him to eat when he's on the road (he's a delivery driver that doesn't stop to eat). Any ideas?

Im part of a small charity organisation working with children. and I realise we have left it a little late to sort this out, but we would like to give the children an Easter Egg each. Last year we managed to get Lindt Eggs for as little as 50p each. This year our supplier has been unavailable.
We are approaching the Supermarkets, but from experience they place a limit on the amount of items we can buy in bulk.
Ive done a general search on the web in the UK, even Ebay.

Anyone got any sensible answers, and yes we have considered the health options of giving the children chocolate. But seeing as it is such a small amount and not on a regular basis we do not consider it to be a major concern.

Thankyou for taking the time help.
