part of the food system by farming. Coincidence shows us
that those foods that are the least enjoyed, stimulating, and
overly costly for their taste value are not prepared right, and
rot the fastest. Tomatoes, Squash tend to outlast previous generations in the fridge, and cucumbers and strawberries are the new bottom report. The fine tuning of refridgeration
has very finite tuning systems for sure. That is one reason.

strawberries,like any other fruit and veg,go black after it has started to rot. This process is caused by a bacteria called "spiolage"bacteria.these are usefull for the breakdown and rotting of any foods for compost..ect

Mine tend to go mouldy & thats within 3 days of buying them.
