I hear this all the time from my husband and his friends. They seem very biased against the idea of eating a vegetarian meal. I don't believe that their bodies are that different from mine. Does it have to do with our country's vision of what it means to be manly?

I am on a diet...

So what should I eat for breakfast...(something that will make me full until lunch)

What should I eat for lunch...what if i have to eat out (fast food) because of school? So give me some non fast food options and some fast food options.

And what about dinner...something easy to cook that the entire family will enjoy...

I am about to embark on some Market research for a new Retail food outlet I am opening.

It's a Salad Bar, in central town who's predominant trade would be lunchtime eaters.

fixin myself some lunch i thought id have beans on toast so as i was tucking in halfway through i noticed some mould..i ran and checked the date which was for the 28th feb,its grainy bread so i didnt notice but obv i didnt finish it off..am i gonna be ill with cramps and that or will i survive?????

Majority of the "gulaman" brands I saw in the supermarket had carrageenan as their main ingredient. I need agar or kanten. Are the long, cellophane plastic-like blocks commonly sold along the boxed gelatin products agar?

I used to love Rainbow Sherbet, in a long straw.
