I would say Dark is the best.

I would suggest going to Godiva and get a dark, milk and a white piece and decide for yourself.
Godiva has a piece called Midnight Swirl. It's a Dark Chocolate piece. It's absolutly amazing and my favorite. A good white piece is the White Ganache Bliss. A good milk piece is the Milk Chocolate Truffle.

Dark chocolate without a doubt. There's clear evidence that eating a few squares of good dark chocolate every day or two helps to lower your cholesterol.

If you're in the UK, and have a Lidl store near you, their 'fin carre' dark chocolate is the absolute best, as unlike the well known expensive stuff it contains 74% cocoa solids. And it's delicious into the bargain!

The best chocolate is dark but it must have a minimum of 80% cocoa. All the top chefs use this kind for cooking with.

dark chocolate is the winner

Dark chocolate, according to Corti, has more antioxidants per gram than other antioxidant-rich foods such as red wine, green tea and berry fruits. But he is talking about only a bit a day, since chocolate is notoriously rich in unhealthy fat.

For instance, according to candy manufacturer Hershey's, a dark chocolate Mounds bar weighs 1.72 ounces and has 240 calories and 13 grams of fat, most of it saturated fat.

Dark if it's a good quality (no Hershey's).

Milk for your daily consumption (and keeping your woman at bay during that time of the month).
