You could make yogurt, by adding fruit it would taste OK.
or try butter making. alternatively you could store them in different conditions like one hot / one cold another alternated in both and see if you can create a new life form.
As they develop you could come up with some pretty funny uses for them.

Sour milk can be used like buttermilk, in biscuits, pancakes, or muffins.
Buttermilk makes a delicious white cake.
Take a basic muffin or quick rise type cake recipe and use the soured milk in place of ordinary milk.
then add blueberries or apples, and then a nice strusel( 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 sugar, finely chopped nuts if desired, and a teaspoon of cinnamon, cut in some butter to make it crumbly and sprinkle over top) topping.
invite people over for coffee and share this with them.

Make yogurt put in a spoonfull of live yogurt, it will all turn into yougurt,
cottage cheese.
put a little vinigar shake well leave for 3-4 hous sieve through a nylon and you will have cottage cheese left,
or if you cannot be hassled give it to the dog

lots of circumstances the food market won't refrigerate it good, or possibly by using sipping quicker or later it sat out too long which motives it to bitter quicker. a superb indicator of it somewhat is that if the field seems bloated once you spot it on the shelf.
