Anything that is taken in small amounts is healthy, but as for bagels, they would be a lot healthier if they were whole wet or grain bagels just because they contain more FIBER. As for mayonaise, it's fine as long as you don't have a cup of it :)

bagels are ok if you are not on a sugar or carb reduced diet. White bagels are the worst, but you can get good grainery or seeded bagels, and load them with plenty of protein and salady stuff. Mayo should be ok, if you use low fat variety. I love to make up a nice chicken salad with plenty of lettuce, cucumbers and a little cheese. Bean spouts if you really want a healthy kick. Salmon or tuna are nice too.

depends on the size of the bagel and what you put on it. they're low fat but have tons of carbs....not great to eat every day, especially if you slather them in cream cheese and butter. but with peanut butter or some other protein, they can make a good, nutritious meal.
