My friend pronounce it as Norr, when I pronounced the K in it, she burst laughing! So whats the deal here?

I really like the stuff but they don't sell it in stores here, and I kinda want to get some more.
I know people sell it on eBay but I'd like to know of other shops. I don't care if the site's in German, French or English, just as long as they ship to the US...
