What do you mean by 'interesting'?

If you mean particularly yummy: Personal preference. I am a bagel lover. Breads in generally are yummy, though. I also think Italian is GREAT food. And Sushi!

If yiou mean strange: Sushi, Escargo (snails) Frog legs. Squid/octopus. Tartar (beef or tuna I've heard of- uncooked is what it means). Germans eat 'Metbrot' which is uncooked as well...

If you mean hard to eat: Shell fish.

If you mean fun to make: Anything bakeable. Snacks like you made in preschool that appeal to little childern. Anything gormet that looks way super when you're done (fancy!!!)

I can't think of any other meanings for interesting at the moment...
