Bowl of cereal w/ reduced fat milk! Not that sugary, sweet kiddy cereal either. I mean the beneficial fiber kind like Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Shredded Mini Wheat's and a glass of juice or a piece of fruit.
If you feel you have to have meat then 1 slice of crisp bacon, a boiled or poached egg with glass of grapefruit juice.

It's ok to have a mid morn snack. Even a peice of dark semi sweet chocolate is good for you. .

Lunch should be a good lean meat sanwich on a grain bread, a peice of veggie like a raw carrot, cucumber or a little lettuce just something raw. You could pack that in your bag! A bottle of green tea or water w/lemon. Or just go to subway (most fast food now have a few cheap healthy menu choices).
Supper now this has many choices! Basically any thin sliced meat or fish Grilled! Just put a little LaChoy soy sauce on it. (no extra salt though!) slap in on a hot oiled griddle or pan, cook it a few minutes per side. Whalla good n quick! Put that with a steamed veggie like broccolli, cauliflower, bok choy or a green salad. Maybe a small baked potato. My kids love it! You can propare it in 30 min or less!
Snacks... Nuts & berries, raw veggie w/yogurt dip or low fat sour cream YUM, a whole grain or bran muffin, apple, orange, no candy!!
You really need to fit some of these in your daily routine they are superfooeds High in antioxidants and tasty! Blueberries, Pomegranet (or the juice), strawberries, beans (lentils are a fabulous fiber source, dark simi sweet chocolate, nuts, lots & lots of fish (the oil it is secret), whole grains, etc. any dark deep colored foods! And Red Wine believe it or not is good for you!

For breakfasat, the best one is 1 toasted low fat waffle with reduced sugar jam/jelly. 1 Boiled egg, and 1/2 cup of lowfat yogurt. That should keep you pretty satisfied (not full) for a while.
For lunch, fast food is not an option. Their salads are nothing but water and salt. So I suggest bringing your lunch. Ask for a glass of milk and bring a bowl of cerial. Have carrots or half a grapefuit.
Dinner is easy as long as you remember portions!!! For instance, marinate your meat and don't fry it. Have a salad and 1/2 cup portions of vegetable. If you would like to plan for a month, try Lean Cuisine's website. I did it and I love it. I rotate shifts so I have little time and most of my meals have to be convenient.

me too.. I have been eating the following:

Breakfast:
whole wheat english muffin, toasted with one tablespoon of Brummel and Brown's strawberry spread. 8 oz of orange juice and a fruit (usually a banana or about 20 grapes)

Lunch:
I make up chili the night before (all kinds of beans, tomatoes, green peppers etc) Sometime put ground turkey breast.

Snacks: yogurt (light and fit) or cottage cheese.

Dinner:
Whole wheat pasta (watch your serving size) with either tomato sauce or just a little olive oil with italian seasonings.

One thing that helped me out ALOT with the eating part was www.sparkpeople.com. Its 100% free. You build a profile and plug in what your goals are and all that you get to check off things you will and wont eat. Then it will build you a diet (very specific too). You can print out your grocery list for the week and also change things up if you want to substitute foods. It keeps track of the calories and is an excellent tool for that and full of great ideas to keep your diet and exercise on track. check it out...

Stop eating carbs and sugar. Have some cottage cheese and celery; coffee with skim milk. Celery has negative calories...its a "good thing"

lunch...have some lunch meat; low sodium, baked turkey breast. And a large salad with just mescaline (sp?) greens and lemon juice.

Dinner...sorry, your family won't want to eat your diet food....but you can eat a VERY small portion of what they eat as long as it has no carbs and no sugar.
