I want something quick to eat in the morning that will fill me up.It would be good if I could make something up the night before but I dont know what. Cereal doesnt fill me up and it take about 4 slices of toast to fill me up (im not big just a hungry person) I had a microwave breakfast barm one morning that kept me going till dinner but its not very healthy for every day. Thanks for any ideas.

I've got mixed answers to how long, and at what temperature I need to freeze salmon to ensure all worms (parasites) have been killed off thus making it safe to eat raw (as sushi)...

I want you to tell me, preferably linking to a .gov website, but any reference, or just experienced person's answer will be nice.

i moved in my apartment 2 yrs ago and devoted a drawer in my kitchen just to unused condiments from fast food restaurants. i have developed quite a collection of everything from packets of ketchup and coctail sauce, to mini tubs of pancake syrup. does anybody know how long these types of things are good for? nothing has an expiration date on it.

Where i am originally from we have this dish that is a speaciality there called Black Pudding. It is rarely made by just any one, so it is mostly bought on a Saturday or Sunday from small resturants that you trust to cook this.

Black pudding or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. Blood sausage is a more recent North American term for the same as well as a useful term for similar blood-based solid foods around the world.Pig or cattle blood is most often used; sheep and goat blood are used to a lesser extent. Blood from poultry, horses and other animals are used more rarely.

So basically it is pig intestines, stuffed with some pigs blood, peppers, onions, seasoned and rice. The finish product will look like a fat, long male penis.

You can learn more and see a pic at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_pudding

So knowing this, would you eat Black Pudding?

When I was a kid, it seems to me that Good Humor ice-cream bars were about three times the size of the ones you can buy in the grocery store today. A strawberry shortcake would last me half an hour. Now, you can eat those little nothings in two minutes. Are we being gyped, cheated, ripped-off, scammed and otherwise conned and grifted by the Good Humor robber barons? What's going on here? I demand answers! This shall not stand! I want bigger ice cream bars! Power to the people! Death to tyrants and money grubbers! Anarchy in the Ice Cream Department!
