i moved in my apartment 2 yrs ago and devoted a drawer in my kitchen just to unused condiments from fast food restaurants. i have developed quite a collection of everything from packets of ketchup and coctail sauce, to mini tubs of pancake syrup. does anybody know how long these types of things are good for? nothing has an expiration date on it.

The ones that have a high vinegar content like sugar and mustard should be fine for a very long period of time. The ones with sugar like the syrup, I would not trust to eat those after a couple weeks.

Be safe :)
