I have seen the video, too, and I am conducting the test myself as we speak.
PORK RESULTS:
It's been 3 hours so far, and nothing yet.
Just in case any of you have reservations:
I had bought pork chops and a 2 liter bottle of Coke. I put the raw pork chops in a dish and poured Coke over it, and now I'm just letting it sit. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I added a little more Coke. I am also testing bacon in a separate dish. Bacon is one of my favorite meats and what's the point of a BLT without the B? I need to be sure after seeing the video.
BACON RESULTS: Nothing yet as of 3 hours.
I will update final results later this evening. If I do find anything, I plan to take photos.
Just for your information:
Trichinellosis, also called trichinosis, is caused by eating raw or undercooked meat of animals infected with the larvae of a species of worm called Trichinella. Infection occurs commonly in certain wild carnivorous (meat-eating) animals but may also occur in domestic pigs.

You generally can't see the worms which reside in pork with the naked eye.
Btw: For all you pork lovers.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trichinosis
The typical life cycle for T. spiralis involves humans, pigs, and rodents. Pigs become infected when they eat infectious cysts in raw meat, often pork or rats (sylvatic cycle). Humans become infected when they eat raw or undercooked infected pork (domestic cycle). After humans ingest the cysts from infected undercooked meat, pepsin and hydrochloric acid help free the larvae in the cysts in the stomach. The larvae then migrate to the small intestine, where they molt four times before becoming adults.
Thirty to 34 hours after the cysts were originally ingested, the adults mate, and within five days produce larvae. The larvae then use their piercing mouthpart, called the "stylet", to pass through the intestinal mucosa and enter the lymphatic vessels, and then enter the bloodstream
The larvae travel by capillaries to various organs, such as the retina, myocardium, or lymph nodes; however, only larvae that migrate to skeletal muscle cells survive and encyst. The larval host cell becomes a nurse cell in which the larvae will be encapsulated. The development of a capillary network around the nurse cell completes encystation of the larvae.

OmG that is sickening! I wouldn't even want to see such a thing! I don't eat pork either. Pigs are extremely dirty, they eat anything, including their own poop. Plus, pork is the meat that's closest to human flesh and I just feel like pork is never cooked enough. Just the smell makes me feel ill. I've heard that if you take a Mcdonalds burger patty and put it in the microwave that tiny white things will come out! I'm so grossed out right now.

This is a brilliant video. Reminds me of one day when we were doing a deep clean in a restaurant where I was working. A guy with a certain phobia was cleaning underneath a fridge. After a few seconds he came out backwards, white as a sheet, shaking, screaming "maggots, maggots!!!!!". Strange, I thought, as it was quite a clean kitchen. I went under to have a look and found the rice that had been dropped down the back of the fridge.... Bearing that in mind, watch the video again, and see if you still think they're maggots....
Also, just another thought. If the maggots are there in the meat, and the meat is sliced, how come you never see a maggot that has been cut in half?.?.?.?...

Only if there are worms in the pork. I wouldn't be eating worm filled pork to begin with.
It's bunk:
