The easiest way to go about this, is to look at the ingredience on the jar. Ususally they will be listed by greatest first.

Though, all it really takes is peanuts, ground nut oil (sesame is very good!) and a little salt. just grind the peanuts in a food processor, and add the oil a little at a time. Lastly add the salt.

toasted ground peanuts with hydrogenated oil is the commericial one, if u use non hydrogenated the oil and peanut will separate after a while
