Trichinosis is worms in pork.
In the past 20 yrs or so the US govt. has set standards for farm raised pork the way they are kept and what they are fed ect. so contracting trichinosis is very slim nowadays...
In the past this would be true thats whay they always said to cook pork thoroughly.

Perhaps if you leave it in a river it will attract flatworms. Otherwise no. Don`t worry. And if you want to convince yourself, try it! And don`t think the occasional floating detached muscle fibers are worms.
