try waking up a bit earlier..I know what you are going thru! I went thru that too!
I would say that the quick oatmea in those packages and or quick cream of wheat...in the packages..with the flavorings..that will fill you up...like cook two packages or three...that will definitely fill your stomach up...all you need is hot water...but, you can also add milk(if you wish).
I loved those cereals...I can't have them now...as I am a diabetic..but, I would eat them before rushing off to work, and or anywhere else...I took them to childcare jobs too!
so I would highly recommend them...they are fast and filling!!!
and you can either put them in the microwave with a half of glass of water or boil some water in the microwave or on the stove...and then pour the hot water into your mug with oatmeal!!
also, bananas..and or apples, bread ,and cheese , make for a better and more nutritious meal!

get up earlier! or soak jumbo oats overnight in milk/water and then they boil up very quickly in the morning - add honey/fruit/sugar/whatever you like and munch down a big bowl of it. that will fill you up! otherwise what i love on cold hungry mornings once in a while is quesadillas made either on an oil free pan or the george foreman. if you've all your onions/tomatoes/peppers chopped and mixed in a lunch box in your fridge it's really quick. put one tortilla in the hot pan, spread over some fat free salsa, sprinkle the veg mix and top with a little grated cheese. put another tortilla on top and cover the pan/flip down the lid on the george foreman. after aminute or so flip it over (no need on the george which is why it's handy for this) and let the other side colour for a minute also., keep the pan covered to help the whole thing heat through. take it off the pan and eat! this is handy for a busy morning too cos you can just cut it into wedges and eat it like a sandwich on your way to work. if that doesn't keep you going till lunch, then you need to invest in some healthy mid morning snacks. enjoy!

How about a breakfast burrito? Take a whole grain flour tortilla and use some of the following combos:
1. cream cheese and deli sliced roast beef
2. American cheese and deli sliced turkey
3. Jack cheese and deli sliced ham
4. Cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce
5. Bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese
6. Sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese
The list goes on. When you've gotten it put together, nuke it for a minute to melt the cheese and heat it up. Wrap in a paper towel and eat on the way to school. If you can, grab a carton of orange juice too!

Porridge will keep you going throughout the morning and you wont feel hungry till lunchtime - if you do feel peckish then some fruit or nuts would be a good option to for a mid morning snack.

It's healthy and filling. While your at your house have a cup of yogurt and grab a muffin and a piece of fruit for on the go. If you don't have time for a snack before lunch drink a bottle of water. It will fill you up until lunch time and help flush toxins out of your body. Not too mention water helps your complexion!

Yeah - beans on toast it v good with lots of pepper.
It does have a nasty habit of creating too much methane however which is far more damaging to the environment that co2 emissions. I wonder if we ban beans we will slow down global warming. So to conclude - DO NOT have beans for brekkie - try 4 slices of toast.
Why oh why am I getting thumbs down for this?? Good grief!
