Where i am originally from we have this dish that is a speaciality there called Black Pudding. It is rarely made by just any one, so it is mostly bought on a Saturday or Sunday from small resturants that you trust to cook this.

Black pudding or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. Blood sausage is a more recent North American term for the same as well as a useful term for similar blood-based solid foods around the world.Pig or cattle blood is most often used; sheep and goat blood are used to a lesser extent. Blood from poultry, horses and other animals are used more rarely.

So basically it is pig intestines, stuffed with some pigs blood, peppers, onions, seasoned and rice. The finish product will look like a fat, long male penis.

Well, if I didn't read how it was made, I would try it; I crave for different foods. I hope I am not insulting you, but after reading that, I think I would covert to a veganism, which is funny, I like certain gravys, and they are made of blood from the meat. I don't know, I think I would anyway.

we don't devour blood products (like black puddings etc). What relating to the blood in nutrition? In maximum worldwide places slaughtering strategies contain the right bleeding of animals. the actuality that meat seems to be very purple or maybe has purple fluid on the exterior does not propose that it has not been bled. Extravascular fluid, fluid filling the areas between the cells, is often used as interstitial fluid and resembles blood plasma. besides the undeniable fact that it's not blood and hence does not come below the prohibition respecting blood. on an analogous time as this fluid could combination with strains of blood and handle a purple colour its presence does not in itself make meat incorrect for nutrition. as long as an animal has been precise bled, its meat could Scripturally be used for nutrition. (Any blood final interior the physique might congeal after a time and after exposure to air, and so does not be fluid after purchase from a butcher save). of direction, bleeding does not do away with each and every hint of blood from the animal. yet God’s regulation does not require that each and each single drop of blood be bumped off. It in simple terms states that the animal could desire to be bled, not that the beef be soaked in some specific preparation to allure to out each and every hint of it. So not ingesting blood or blood products, ensuring that the animal replaced into bled and noting if there is any congealed darkish purple blood (which will point out the animal has not been bled whilst slaughtered) whilst finding out to purchase products shows know for the regulation with out going previous what replaced into commanded. If a Christian has reason to have faith that an animal won't have been bled precise and there is no way for him to get the information, he could decide directly to not devour the beef and for that reason avert traumatic his experience of right and incorrect (Romans 14: 23). source (s) Watchtower 1961 website 29; 1972 p 13

We have black pudding in Scotland, it is really good. Usually served with bacon, eggs, and sausages. A posh way is with apple rings on top. It has to be cooked of course, fried in a pan[skillet] or heated in micro.
