Sit the unopened package in the sink, plugged up of course, and cover the package with warm, not hot, water, and keep changing the water out every 30 minutes until the meat is thawed. Or, invest in a cast-iron skillet, you can cook frozen meat in those and the meat cooks just about as quick as it would thawed. Good luck in your cooking endeavors! Hope this helped!

I always put the meat in the sink and cover it with cold water.Keep changing it out every 30 mins or so. I've also thawed a couple chicken breast really fast by putting them under a slow flowing stream of cold water.
