My brother was a professional cook.
One time, he came to the house and cooked " Imatation Shrimp "

I think that he used " Lentils " that were mashed up and then french fried.

Does any person know the receipe for this ?

Hello Americans. I've just read a question, written by someone English, talking about Brown Sauce. The US people didn't seem to know what it is.
Do you know what Brown Sauce is?

(Its a condiment like ketchup, which contains vinegar and spices and is used wherever ketchup can be used. It's not the height of gastronomic splendour, but very nice with a sausage)

I got me some Chinese takeout ( Sesame chicken & fried rice ) and only ate a little of it and then put in the fridge. 24 hours later I reheated the whole thing but only ate half and again returned it to the fridge. Will it be ok to reheat what's left a third time?
