i would make an egg salad sandwich. i would also make a pasta dish with the peppers, sausages, and pasta. for the red bull i would mix in some vodka.

Soup and "sammie"!
Open a tin of soup, heat it up.
Spread up some bread with mayonnaise, layer on chicken meat, and lettuce if you have it. We call that a quick chicken sammie.
Make chicken salad sammie: dice up the meat, stir in mayonnaise, some Coleman's dry mustard, and some of that red pepper. Chill, Spread on bread or crackers.

Separate the eggs. Beat the whites till stiff, add yolks. Dip Bread in mixture, fry in butter and sprinkle with salt. Garnish with Diced red pepper. Have a cup of milky tea to finish.
