If you are eating ramen everyday for lunch, I hope you are also eating fruit, vegetables and protein at other meals. The only thing ramen contains are carbs. You need fruits, veggies and protein if you want to be healthy. The seasoning is also high in sodium so I wouldn't eat it everyday.

I'm afraid so, because most cup of noodle products contain high amounts of sodium, too much sodium can contribute to high blood pressure (among other things). I think you will probably want to cut back on how often you eat it. Otherwise, it's probably not too bad, although I know some brands have a fair amount of fat. Also, I don't know if you saw the news, but the guy who invented cup of noodles died last week at the age of 95, so maybe it's not too bad. Moderation never hurts.

No, I don't think that its bad for you, but I think that you shouldl vary what you have. Have the Ramen noodles 2 or 3 times a week but have something different on the other days. Either a baked potato or a roll, just add some variety

well its certainly not healthy!! c most noodles sre made of maida which is very harmfull abd difficult to digest.. you need to eat a balanced lunch.. if u are really in a hurry how about having 2 fruits a salad and a glass of milk.. it wil fill u and at the same time it will have fibre and numerous other vitamins... btw i think if u really like noodles then go for maggi atta noodles..

it is bad for health. any packed food isnt good generally. Top Ramen noodles is amde of maida which is how it is calle din south India. iam sorry i do nto know its name in english. maida puts on a lot of weight and aslo sticks to the stoamch's inner layer. also the sodium presence in the taste makes is also dangerous.

It's not bad at all as long as you don't have issues with sodium or fat. I eat those maybe 3 times a week for lunch or a snack.

Check the amount of sodium you are consuming. It will catch up with you eventually.
Be sure you get plenty of vegetation with that carbohydrate.
Grab a roasted soy nut butter sandwich some days! Just as easy and really great.

Its not good. There's a LOT of salt in those things.
Try varying your lunch diet a bit or try making it with only half (or less) of the flavoring packet.

I should not think it is bad for you as long as there are plenty of vegetables in the meal, a low fat sauce, not too much salt and no monosodium glutamate!
