Your best bet is the 6th floor food halls at the KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens). If they don't have it there, chances are you won't get it anywhere in Berlin.

Aah yes.A lovely bit of scottish cheddar.I couldn't find any restaurants,but try asking at this bar,which has a Scottish theme:
