You may be tasting copper, or it may be iron (which tastes the same). Tasting iron is a sign of blood in your mouth (even an amount to small to see), so you might wasnt to go straight to your dentist and/or doctor to see if you have an abcess, which might taste bad and do a lot of damage before it begins to actually hurt.
