I love so many different kinds of sandwiches but I think the best one I eat has to be the one I make the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas. Leftover turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and a little mayo on some kind of fresh grainy bread. Mmm!

I had a sarnie the other day that was inspired. After 8 cans of Tennents Super I was feeling a little peckish and as I couldn't speak due to my slight inebriation which meant that the Kebab shop kept hanging up on me, I decided to knock up a little "Dandy Special."
I couldn't open my can of corned beef as my fine motor skills were bug*gered so I swiped some of the cats food out her bowl for my meat base. I smeared some warm lard over a couple of slices of only slightly mouldy Tesco extra white with my fingers, slopped the cat food onto one of the slices and distributed it relatively evenly on the bread. Then I added some Tomato Sauce, mustard, mayonnaise and marmite. Then I squirted on some of that cream cheese and ham that comes in a tube. A lot of that. Then I added some jam and a bit more marmite and some very old mushrooms that I'd found at the bottom of the fridge. In a moment of genius I decided to warm it too so I stuck it in the microwave on high for a minute.
I can honestly say it were gorgeous.

Either the Classic Club with Bacon from Quizno's, the Veggie Delite from Subway, or the Cheeseburger in Paradise at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville...makes me wish I was there right now.

a good Ruben, Cuban sandwiches, hot dogs with sauerkraut, turkey with mayo-dressing-cranberry sauce -and a tad of pepper, sliced pickles-and mayo-on bread, subway's club sub with red wine vinegar, and so many more.

The best sandwich I have ever eaten I made about two days ago, it had ham, turkey ,provolone cheese, yellow American cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and a little black pepper on a white sub roll.

My favorite would be a tuna melt. Tuna and mayo mixed, with a slice of cheese, lettuce and dill pickles slapped on a hot dog bun, or sub roll. Or just tuna and mayo mixed with pickles.
