It depends.But the average is 5-6grams.
By the way,only the egg whites is pure protein.
So you don't have to take the egg yolk which is high in cholesterol.Egg whites is a high quality protein with complete amino acids and easily absorb by the body.So even it's not as high protein like beef,etc.it's one of the best!
