Knowing I'm always in search of exotic flavours, holidaying friends brought me back something called 'LONUMIRUS HAWAADH'. It's a mix of cumin, chilli and ginger powders. How do the Maldivians use it? As a rub on grilled meats, or as a base for a wet sauce, or what? And with what meats or vegetables?

you can use it with what ever you want you can put it in casseroles stir-Fry's hot pot just about anything savoury
